Imagitix was founded to help small venues and communities fill the seats at their entertainment events.


Diamond Ticketing Systems started in 1999. The founders, CEO and President Terry Schmidt and Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Morgan Leppink.


Diamond Ticketing developed a new box office and online engine called ImagiTix in 2008. This new POS retail sales and ticketing system opened new markets for the company, such as sports arenas, resorts, live theaters, high schools, as well as seasonal events, like minor league and college sports stadiums and rodeos. This allowed Diamond Ticketing to find new markets without competing directly with its current POS partners.


Diamond Ticketing’s latest offering is the Zabofish “Cash-Back” Rewards Mobile App, designed for the exhibition industry as a state-of-the-art, customized mobile platform that brings “cash-back” and discount offers to patrons. Each theater customizes its program to allow guests to receive discounts every time they make purchases – even when they load their virtual cards. The exhibitor, in-turn, receives new revenue, through ownership of online convenience fees and membership income.
